Product quality
With the aid of traditional tools, 3D measuring instruments and 3D laser scanning systems, highly specialised personnel perform checks during all stages of the process.
Analyses of the material composition are performed with the mass spectrometer operated on the X-ray principle.
Analyses on defects are performed with the traditional system of penetrating liquids and Wood’s lamp, or with the more innovative electronic defectometer operating on the principle of non-destructive eddy currents capable of detecting non-visible micro-cracks as small as 20 microns.
Before delivery to the customer, an additional check is always carried out according to predetermined sampling plans and in accordance with UNI-ISO 2859.
Upon request, reports are produced on the checks carried out and the traceability of materials in accordance with UNI EN 10204

Our QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, issued by BSI, with the following scope: hot pressing and machining of non-ferrous alloy parts.
